Beautifully weighted to help with relaxation, the organic linseed and lavender filling will help you sink into bliss. The cotton covers come in a range of amazing patterns and are organic too. 

Instructions:

To heat, put in the microwave on full power for 20-30 second blasts, up to 1 minute 30 seconds. Check heat carefully before applying to eyes.

For cool relief, put in the freezer for 30 mins to 1 hour before use. 

The cotton cover is washable but the inner with the linseed is not and should not be made wet. Wash at 30C, do not tumble dry.
